Nutrition label question?

How can so many brands of applesauce say “100% golden delicious apples” or “100% apples” on the front when there is high fructose corn syrup on the nutrition label?
I didn’t say it says “100% natural” I said it says “100% apples” which is totally different.

The US goverment lies to us about many things and this is one of them. You can never trust anything that says “100% natural” on it because the chances are that it is absolutely not 100% natural. If you want all natural food then you will have to buy food that says ORGANIC or USDA CERTIFIED ORGANIC. Our government puts high fructose corn syrup in everything they can put it in. They can get away with slapping a label that says “100% natural on it” even if it is 100% unnatural. High fructose corn syrup is horrible and so is our government on this issue and many others. In other countries you don’t have to worry about food being unnatural because it is usually organic. But not here in the US. So be careful of what you buy if you want it to be 100% natural.
