Nutrition Baked Potato Soup

Im 120 pounds 5ft 5 and im trying to loose a little bit of fat over abs!
BREAKFAST:
4 egg Whites and 1 whole egg with 2 slices fat free cheddar cheese, spinach, mushrooms, and 1/2 apple
SNACK:
1/2 cup oatmeal with 1/2 tablespoon natural peanut butter
Smoothie with 1 cup skim milk, 2 tablespoons flax seeds, 1 cup berries, and 1/2 an orange
LUNCH:
4 oz yellow fin tuna with 3/8 cup brown rice
1 cup miso soup with 2 oz tofu
SNACK:
Turley chili with 4 oz turkey and 3/4 cup beans
Then I do so High interval Cardio for 45 min and have a recovery drink after.
Dinner:
6 oz steak with 1 small baked potato and 2 cups mixed greens.
I also have some other vegetables throughout the day like cucumber,broccoli, red bell pepper. How does this sound to burning off that fat?
pretty good…dinner might have been a bit fatty. but with exercise the protein from the your main meal will help to develop a better body. try more exercise though. cardio is good but also do weight or resistance training. u got a lot of good vitamins and minerals in throughout the day. good luck
