Sources of carbohydrates for bodybuilding.?

Im gettin in bodybuilding and I have a very good diet / nutrition plan, I'm looking for a change in carbohydrates in the diet. In addition to baked potatoes, potatoes and pasta what alternatives are there?

Our daily intake of carbohydrates is essential as are the main fuel for all muscular movement. For an average person's diet must provide a large proportion of energy from this nutrient.
