How many servings of whey protein should be taken in an 18 hour day?
I wake up at 6 in the morning every day and since a month and a half ago I’ve been going to the gym, Mon-Fri, without missing a session. Sessions go for about an hour and a half, with a full aerobic workout, and weight lifting. Am medium build, 6´1, 176 pounds. I currently take one serving of Optimum Nutrition Whey Isolate protein (24 grams per serving), 125 calories per serving. Once, after working out. Balanced with a four meal day of carbs and protein such as tuna, meat, milk, 2l of water. Should I be taking more?
