What is the difference between the consumption of vitamins and eat vegetables?

In essence, the reason why you should eat vegetables and other healthy foods is because they contain a lot of the good things we see in the table of nutrition information that our body needs … and not a lot of bad things. Also, because it is better to eat a meal instead of fries and sweet as a regular diet … obviously. But in terms of the nutrients we get from vegetables … Why I can not just take a multivitamin very good (more than anything else in particular you do not have … as fiber supplements, etc.).. If I managed to find vitamins that contains everything needed on a daily basis …. Why should I eat vegetables? Are there other benefits? Or for those who hate vegetarian like me, I can choose with vitamins / supplements as a complete replacement of the requirements of my vegetables? (Assuming you do not eat junk food additional food / poor substitute for lower amount of food on my plate).

Supplements are not the "real thing". Multi-vitamins are send in the laboratory, fruits and vegetables are grown NATURAL on the ground. Vitamin pills that contain a basic level of the vitamin, which can be A, B, C, D, etc. However, vegetables contain natural growth the basic vitamins, but also include vitamins such as vitamin B2, vitamin B3, vitamin B9, multivitamins, etc are cheap and effective, there is no evidence that actually contain a large enough dose of the vitamin to make any difference to the intake of the vitamin. They are mearly a cloan the real thing. If you can not get on board with vegetables, try new things and different. Try to mix the vegetables in a liquid drink or eat other foods with stronger flavors. Vitamins are vital for a healthy body, but luckily if you do not like vegetables so you can find many different vitamins like many in fruits.
