Why can’t I lose anymore weight???

Since the beginning of September up until two weeks ago I have lost 39lbs. and 6 inches off my waistline. The last two weeks I’ve been stuck at 207 lbs. and haven’t lost a pounds. I ride my stationary bike 6 days a week for 45 minutes a day. I do weight training 4 days a week for 45 minutes to an hour a day. As far as nutrition goes:
Breakfast
1 cup of smart start cereal with 1% milk, an apple and 8oz. of orange juice
3 hours later
1 chicken breast with a cup of mixed vegetables and a glass of water
lunch
1 chicken breast or cod or salmon fillet, sometimes a 4oz. eye round steak, a serving of brown rice, a piece of whole wheat bread, and a cup of mixed vegetables
3 hours later
2 apples
Dinner
Cod or salmon fillet, sometimes a 4oz eye round steak, plain baked potato and a small salad with fat free dressing
3 hours later
2 scoops of Isopure whey protein mixed in with 8oz. of 1% milk
I’ve hit a plateau and do not know how to get past it. Any advice will be appreciated.

The reason you can’t lose weight is because you aren’t anorexic.
