Nutrition Chicken Tikka Masala

One of my vices is out. It has been very useful to find nutritional information in large chain restaurants, so you can at least know how many calories and grams of fat I'm consuming. I like Indian food a bit and I'm trying to figure out chicken tikka masala where falls in terms of "junk" food. Nutrition labels on packages of chicken tikka masala seems to be something reasonable, but all I see recipes that call for yogurt and heavy cream you know I can not help. Is there someone with a good idea of what you get when you order chicken tikka masala a restaurant?
