Nutrition Content Of Fruit

It is a diet rich in fish and vegetarian dishes very healthy?
I studied biology and nutrition in the past, but for the last 2 years I've been on a diet which some consider is not necessary. Do not drink soft drinks, no fries, and eliminates high in saturated fat and reduce the minimum intake of high fructose corn syrup. My diet usually consists of fish, sardines, salmon, rice, oats, various types of green tea, vegetables of all type, and a lot of fruit. I can limit tuna because the mercury content. I did not eat red meat at all, such as beef, pork or chicken. Never eat, and when I have is one meter or bean burritos. Is diet sometimes seem unhealthy or not needed? I'm healthy and not over or under weight. Or provide your vision, if this diet dishes fish and vegetarian is extremely healthy?
I'm not sure if there is such thing as healthy. While you are getting your daily vitamins and minerals and are also getting the proper amount of exercise each week, I see nothing relatively unhealthy about your diet. Some brands of tuna, which are practically mercury free. Most of the fish now have a very low, if not impossible to find mercury in them. You can find them at grocery stores like Whole Foods. Well, I think the fish to be part of a vegetarian diet. Their diet, less fish, sounds like a vegetarian diet ideal. At least in my opinion would be.
