Microsoft Excel, how to generate a list within a list?

I wondered how he would produce a list within a list like this: Http://www.mcdonalds.co.uk/food/nutrition/nutrition-counter.mcd I know I've asked this question before, but I really am useless with the software and can not understand how. I have lists similar to the relationship, but with a Third Schedule, the price displayed when you click on that particular food. Can anyone provide a step-by-step how to do this? That would be much appreciated. Thanks in advance.

This is probably not exactly what you want, but it is easy to do. If the data is divided into three columns, category, item, price, where each element has a category and price. Select the first two columns (Category, Item) and select data Filter Auto Filter. This establishes a list within a list where you can select the category and then select the option and the price will be displayed. If you want something more specific.
