How are some ways that math is in Nutrition?
Does anybody have any ways how we use math in Nutrition? it could be like anything,….prefrebly an equation. if anyone could get a list and post it,,,that would be GREAT!

Get info on the RDA Required Daily Allowance of any food or nutrient; for example;
If one cup of orange juice gives me ? % of my RDA for Vitmain C ?
What RDA percentage for Vitamin C does a green pepper have for example OR
how much Vitamin C is in one orange or pepper?
