10 yr old girl, IDDM out of control
Diagnoses: Management:Family, ineffective
Nutrition, Imbalanced: Less than body requirements.
What would a possible diagnoses be for the following situations?
1. 60 yr old female c exacerbation of COPD. VS: B/P 110/78;
T:99.6 R; P:122; R:26&labored.
2. 58 yr old male 2 days post CVA, left sided weakness.
#1 is asthma.
#2 is a stroke.
