Alright, I don’t have a problem with nutrition. But I am a vegetarian. And I know that I’m a relatively okay size. I am going to a pool party thought in about two weeks. I know that I will be exercising a lot. But I was wondering if there are any good diets that can help boost my efforts. I’m not looking to lose a ton, just to trim a bit. Are there any sort of short term diets that help boost your metabolism or help you just lose a bit more that are vegitarian?
And if you’re curious, here’s what I’m doing to work out currently:
100-200 crunches/sit-ups
1-2 hours of DDR (Depending on how long it takes, I go on workout mode and work until I’ve hit 1000 calories)
A few other stretches
3 times a week, running a mile.
Is there anything I can do to improve my workout, too?
And please don’t suggest going to a gym, it costs a lot of money around where I live, and I’m not paying for two weeks.
morning star veggie burgers are very goodfor you, and DELICIOUS.
I’m vegetarian myself, and even if you’re not vegan, soy milk is way better than cow.
