does skipping a meal cause any direct harm?
there is indirect harm from skipping a meal such as possibly not getting enough nutrition for the day.
however is there any direct harm? i heard someone make the argument that skipping a meal can cause direct harm to your stomach because digestive juices/acids will still be released in anticipation and without food the stomach wall will get damaged. true?
is blood sugar an issue (for non-diabetic)?
my question isn’t related to diet or weight loss, but rather just those rare occasions when you happen to skip a meal (deadline to meet so too busy to eat, ate late lunch so choose to just sleep instead of eating late night, etc)
