Nutrition Dogs Need

Raw feeding – Whole rabbit and whole chickens is that enough nutrition for a dog?
Im planning on raising chickens and rabbits for meat.
Hes an American Bulldog so I will be stick to the 2-3% of food but is Rabbit, chicken, their insides and occasionally store bought fresh fish. Is this enough for his meals? Or do I need to buy other foods?
The only thing I would add is some more muscle meat as both these foods are high bone content. Some ox heart would be a great addition to this diet. If you know any hunter then ask them for the organs that they may otherwise throw away.
** red muscles are technically those that are used the most – chicken thighs are considered to be red meat where as a piece of beef although dark may not be.
