Will different people excrete a different volume of stool after consuming the same quantity and mix of food?

Will different rates of metabolism and differences in physiology impair the efficiency of absorbing nutrition in different individuals?
I feel some subjects will discharge more stool and some less after having the same food in a controlled environment under observation for a set duration.

The digestive system is a complicated system that depends on many factors which meens there could be many reasons for this. one could be stomach flora (good bacteria) many substances we eat cant be utilized and digested by are digestive system this flora helps digest and utalised these foods therfore less faeces is formed. so a person who has been on antibiotics or has natural low flora would digest less and create more food.

also quality of enzimatic activity such as Lipase could effect the amount of food that is absorbed. for instance a person with low amounts of lipase would breakdown less lipid(fat) in there food and therfore absorb less fat and would poo more. also in some cases eating foods high in calcium have been shown to cause less fat to be digested.
