Nutrition Eggs Iron

In fact, I am a vegetarian, but im really worried about whether im getting enough nutrition. Its harder for me because im allergic to peanuts, lentils, chickpeas and soy (hence, every fake meat ive ever found in the grocery store). I still eat eggs and cheese and i can have beans. can you help me find peanut and soyfree recipes that are good sources of iron and protein? (im going to see a nutritionist, but until then im using the internet) Is the4re a brand of vegetarian meat without any of the afformentioned in it?
