for how many eggs we should eat in a week?
first think you can eat as much as u want, then I hear that limit to 3 per week, then 2 a day and then to 7 a week only. Then I heard the yolks are bad, then listen to the egg yolks are the most nutritious part of the egg, egg white are best part, which contains good cholestoral then some say bad cholestoral, after the egg whites are low in nutrients, and after the egg whites even not give the benefits without eating the egg yolk for what it is? There is no limit on the number of eggs you should eat daily / weekly? and what's the deal with the tips and egg whites? I love eggs, but I'm very confused if I am really eating healthy amounts or not now. shoot at any u want to talk here, or a reference my questions in this paragraph or IM previous statements also 19 years if age plays a factor in egg yolk contains a good / bad * cholestoral
