How do I find a job in health care as someone without any experience?

I am a student working towards my MS in Health Care Management. I have recently completed my BS in Nutrition Science. I cannot work as a Nutritionist until I complete a year at a different university, which will be in 2012. I am looking for an entry level position in health care somewhere near Conyers, Georgia. Does anyone have any suggestions as to what position I would qualify? I have only management experience in department stores.

You can be a Dietary Aide in a hospital or nursing home. That would look good on your resume.
