Sudden inability to concentrate?
I used to be okay with it, but during the last week I started to get seriously distracted when I hear the word clearly understand. My eyes twitch of the upper left, and I have to re-read the last word I've read – which is being very annoying. 200ms is a waste every time I hear a word. HELP! What could cause this sudden inability to concentrate? Psychological Trauma? malnutrition? a disease like diabetes? How I can fix this? I want to be able to read again in noisy environments and be able to ignore the words I heard. Well, I'm stressed about not being able to concentrate on one thing – leading to more stress – which is an infinite loop … So it should not try to read anything for a couple of days – Together with self-hypnosis to solve my problem? LOL
My first guess is that he is tired or stressed, or both. Lack of concentration and muscle spasms may well be a sign of nutritional deficiency and dehydration.
