Garlic Herb Salmon (no nutrition facts) marinated salmon on the grill cover chopped fresh garlic and brushed with olive oil and fresh herbs and spices. Served with almond rice pilaf and fresh seasonal vegetables. Or Garlic Herb Chicken (370 calories/6g fat/7g fiber) chicken breast grilled herb sauce seasoned with garlic. In combination with herbal steam potatoes and seasonal vegetables. The chicken is the weight, but Salmon watchers but I'm not just guess it's not the olive oil does not matter. What is the best option, although in general? I like both IDC really, but Im not gonna lie I prefer the salmon a little more, what do you think? insurance?

According to http://www.gyminee.com/foods/44571 numbers are the same. The salmon and olive oil definitely have more good fats in it. I would say that whether food is a great choice.
