I hear people say the fruit smoothies are healthy, but this time from a healthy shake coffee if I'm trying not to gain weight? It's just strawberry / banana in case any help. Yes it is healthy – but all will carbohydrates from sugar, which is negative. For this reason, I would not recommend taking this often beaten. Fruits contain lots of sugar, so aim would be no more than 2 portions of 5 a day fruit, especially when trying to lose weight / maintain weight.
