egg yolk has change in the caloric value when cooked? (Ie, scrambled eggs or an omelette?)?
…. Or remains the same as the state of nutrition facts on the side of the box? I bought without cage Nellie grade – A medium brown egg, 70 calories each. So my question is basically whether the increase in calories, if I have to fight with the egg in a frying pan, without toppings / additional.
No, the calories are basically units energy. It is a principle of physics. Energy can not be destroyed, just became something else.
