drinking smoothies as a meal replacement?
I've been drinking Orange Julius smoothies premiere (with real fruit) for a while. I looked at the nutrition facts and is between 83-95 grams of carbs (most of it is sugar, which im assuming is from the fruits). other than that, no fat and little sodium. and one day all the value of vitamin C. Is it okay to drink these in place of a meal? i drink during my break at work, where im always at my feet to walk (agent sales). i drink the strawberry xtreme. to see the shakes and made urself, u can go and search www.orangejulius.com shakes premiere.
orange julius ahhhh, my mom take me to the mall to get those when I was a child … those are freaking awesome! Well, now your question, I do not think it is a good meal replacement, because of all the sugar in it. And sugar is converted to fat. When I'm on a diet, which I am now, I like the special k bars with chocolate on top. They are incredibly good, and only 90 calories. So keep drinking the orange julius, but only one receives as once a week. Good luck!
