Nutrition Feta Cheese

How healthy is this salad?
Romaine lettuce with feta cheese sprinkled on top, low-fat Italian dressing, and two baked chicken tenders on top? Also paired with either a glass of 1% milk or some fruit.
We’re doing a nutrition unit in my culinary class and we have to eat healthy for two weeks, I want to know if I can still eat my favorite salad. If it’s not very healthy, any suggestions would help. But please, don’t ask me to change my dressing, it’s the only dressing I can keep down.
Oh, and some fresh spinach and some shredded carrots. Those are kind of a given for me, I don’t think about them much. I also add a little cilantro from time to time.
Hi Kimber,
I think what you are eating is an excellent choice. A lot of those ingredients contain essential nutrients and minerals that you need in your diet each day. One thing I would suggest is maybe adding almonds, walnuts, or some type of nut that will give you your daily value of poly and mono-saturated fats that are good for your mind and circulatory system.
I hope this helps you! Best wishes!
