Nutrition For Athletes Kids

When I graduated in 2006 weighed 235 very muscular. I could run the half marathon, run a mile in under 8 minutes, and I was a local champion volleyball. I went with 2 years after I got a deal with a wife and a son, I can not get my passion for exercise more. I'm fat and unmotivated. I never feel pumped before my workout more, feels more like going to work in a job you hate. I know all about nutrition and weight training. I just can not get excited when working out more. I have that advantage, that anger, that intensity. Any advice?
You can always get a personal trainer? I'm sure he / she will give you the necessary motivation. Or you can just have to use your imagination. Start with, say, a bag of sand. Pretend it's someone / something you hate, and beat the hell out of it. Once you've pumped, go to weights and other exercises, keeping your anger.
