Nutrition Franchise

I have a career set out, I want to be a personal trainer/owner of a franchise gym (probably like planet fitness) Do I need an A.S. degree or B.S. degree? I know a good major would be something like kinesiology or exercise science/nutrition and theres a community college and a university offering it and the cc has a.s. and university has the b.s.
You can probably do it with an A.S, but B.S is way better because its higher (you probably will get more opportunities)
I know that Texas A&M offers a bachelors in kinesiology. Other schools around the country probably will have it or something related.
