Do you have any suggestions for marrige partners that are incompatible when it comes to nutrition?
I gained some weight, which affected my health negatively in the 16 years since me and husband have been married. In an effort to regain my health, I started eating healthier. He continues to eat junk … Sticks and stick margarine, cakes, vegetables, very few, koolaid, soda, cookies, cakes, white bread, white sugar, processed meats, lunch, rice, cash mac and cheese. I'm really frustrated. I am buying whole grain breads, fresh fruits and vegetables, brown rice. It is very resistant to accept the change. Although I am committed to a healthier way of eating, I realize you can not force him to eat how to eat. How I can find a middle ground? I am responisble for our children to ensure that have the highest nutritional value of food, but he is an adult. I do not want him to take charge of purchases, as it did before leaving me with less than 1 / 2 budget grocery shopping. I try to buy some of the things he likes, but I'm April 2 do.
stop what you both say to eat your garbage but at the same time, eating the right things as well – help – are also married or meaning you want to do what is best for uu want to grow old together and be healthy and look good on the other should respect that I think when a man and married women are responsible for maintaining the health of others I would not marry a good man and then toned look after digusting 5 years w / a beer belly and all, and I'm sure my man does not want to turn 100 pounds at 300 pounds after they get married for a few years it's just that whenever u wana look good for the love of life and should ur u, and I'm sure u wana stay healthy for them also b / c getting a disease and going through things is very difficult to deal w / and nobody wants to see a loved one go through all that if you know what I mean allowed to have both, but also talk to him – not fight – that's what Conversate most of us do evil
