Nutrition Ginger Ale

I have morning sickness and can’t stand crackers, I cannot keep anything down…please help!?
I have tried toast, comes right up. Ginger Ale leaves a sickening taste in my mouth that leads me to the bathroom once again. It seems like there is nothing I can do to fight this. I am really worried the baby is not getting any nutrition.
Thank you ALL for the wonderful answers. I was told to go directly to the ER which I did. They put me on an IV because I was severely dehydrated which helped tremendously. I feel like a NEW PERSON!
I did good with milk. . .it coated my stomach and made me feel much better, and pretzels.
