Nutrition Ginger

What serious nutrition benefits can I expect by juicing these fruits and veggies?
I’m about to juice a bunch of fruits and veggies into one powerful and healthy concoction.
Fruits: 2 Oranges, 1 tangerine, 2 limes, a few watermelon chunks, 4 giant strawberries, bunch of raspberries, bunch of blueberries, and 1 tomato. (yes it’s a fruit)
Veggies: 1 Carrot, 1/4 cucumber, 1/4 red bell pepper, a bit of ginger and a little piece of garlic.
Will they go well together? Is this a good idea?
I plan to go to the gym after this.
I think I’d leave out the garlic if you are going to the gym. Bad breath and all. But you’ll get your daily requirements of fruits and veggies. LOL
