Is this a bad lunch for today?

I was planning on eating fish sticks for lunch today because I am trying to lose weight. This is the nutrition facts for them:

6 sticks=
220 calories
10g fat, 2.5 g saturated, 6 g Poly, 2g Mono
35mg Cholesterol
420mg Sodium
20g Carbs, Dietary Fiber <1, Sugars <1
11g Protein

Would it be ok for me to eat the serving size(6 sticks)? If so, could I eat anything else with this? If so, what could it be? And if this sounds like a bad lunch, what else could I eat? Btw, I'm 14, 5'2, and about 107 pounds if that helps at all. And for breakfast I ate a bowl of Multi-grain Cheerios
These are the frozen fish sticks that you can buy in the grocery store. Mrs. Pauls Crunchy Fish Sticks. I cook them in the oven, so no, they are not fried.

You seriously don’t need to lose weight. At your height, you’re bordering on underweight.

You’re 14, please don’t calorie count – just be active, eats lots of fresh fruits and vegetables, and go ahead and enjoy your fish sticks.
