Nutrition Guide P90x

Like as good as the before and after pictures that other people have. The probem I have with the nutrition guide is that it is losing weight and I’m trying to gain weight.
Yes, diets should be accustomed to your own body type/metabolism. So sure you will get good results if you are eating right and following the P90X workouts. Their diet plan is merely a suggestion.
