Nutrition Guidelines For Infants
Posted in Health and Nutrition on 09/22/2010 06:39 pm by Steven NerenbergAnybody know nutrition guidelines for infants?
Like how many servings of fruits/vegetables, grains, dairy, protein, etc. an eight month old baby should have? I feed Emma usually yogurt and cereal in the morning and sometimes an egg. For lunch two vegetables and a fruit. For supper it is usually something we are eating. If we are having lasanga or mac n cheese I give it to her and she loves it, but I feel guilty even though she had veggies for lunch.
