Nutrition Gymnastics

A question for anyone in the Nutrition/dietitian/fitness field:?

I am considering going back to school to get a degree in something Nutrition and fitness related; however, there appear to be a lot of options in that scope and I would like some guidance as to which one might be the best fit. I am a 25 year old woman who enjoys exercise (especially sports related, although I do go to the gym and workout regularly), meal preparation/cooking, nutrition, studying muscle development and general biology/anatomy & physiology and working with both children and adults (although I think I might enjoy working with kids starting them out on a good fitness/nutrition path). I have a background in sports such as gymnastics, baseball, football, various running/sprinting related track events and a little diving. I strongly believe in natural eating and eliminating most packaged/processed foods and sugars from one’s diet. Is there any specific aspect of nutrition and fitness it seems as though I am best suited to?
