Whats the difference between cravings and real hunger?

Also,why do some people crave different things?Is it they are lacking in that certain nutrition,is it glucose related,psychological,hormonal or other.
Eg;i crave things like stirfries,thai,mushrooms and quality pizza.Other people crave stuff like cinnamon buns and othr sugar and flour stuff-i dont get that.

Real hunger is ‘patient’, it doesn’t just suddenly come on……..cravings do. Also, if you were hungry you would eat just about anything and not just single out certain foods. can’t help you with the ‘why’ though but i go along with the pizza. Hopes this helps a bit.
