Hello, Are you suppose to be hungry most of the time while following the P90x nutrition plan?

I just did 2 workouts and i am eating with Phase III in the Nutrition Plan. thanks

Make sure that you are eating enough and that you are eating something every 2 to 3 hours. Have a healthy breakfast, snack, healthy lunch, snack, healthy dinner, and another snack.

Also are you having the P90X Recovery Shake after your work out? How about protein shakes? If you need any help getting this straightend out please message me.
