Nutrition Iphone Apps

Are there any health applications / nutrition like this?
I've been looking everywhere for an iPhone application that: a) maintains a database data / record of what you eat and b) not only keeps track of calories, fats, carbohydrates, protein and fiber, but also vitamins and minerals consumed. I've found applications that track food to eat, as well as calories, fats, carbohydrates, protein and fiber and that will give you information on all vitamins and minerals, but not one that does both. I do not care if it's a free or paid, either. If anyone can suggest something for me I appreciate it highly. Thanks!
