How well my diet work?
I am a man 23 years of age @ 163 pounds – my goal is to gain seven pounds of muscle. According to my iPhone dandy practical application, you need to consume about 2500 calories a day. I can eat eggs, fruit … Basically well balanced – it is continuously throughout the day, but instead of at scheduled intervals. I can drink about 300 calories of whey protein (2 cups of milk included) and drinking half before the half after my workout. Each workout is approximately 350 avg Vardi and I have much more than weights and use multi-bar lift. Am curious to know if I can reach my goal. I know very little nutrition. In addition, as I said I have to consume 2500 calories, but how to burn calories effect I gain muscle and the amount of calories I burn a day? Thanks
Did you mean burning an average of 350 calories while doing cardio? I assume you did. Its application for the iPhone is pretty accurate. Burning calories does not affect muscle gain. All it does burn calories. By eating Its takes 2500 calories to compensate for the calories they burn. However, if you're not doing much weight lifting will be difficult to gain muscle you are seeking. It can be done with the few pieces of equipment they have, just take a little creativity.
