Nutrition Iq Test

I have taken several administered IQ tests throughout the last few years, and with the results of the four tests, I have recieved a mean of 76 (borderline retarded – which scares the living S&%t out of me).
I am now determind to somehow (if possible) increase my IQ score – albeit I am somewhat convinced that the devolpement of Intelligence is in itself is inherited, innate, or nurtured at a young age through good nutrition and exercising cognitive abilities (all of which have been absent in my backdrop), and any attempt to strengthen it would be futile at this point, due to the fact that I am naturally limited.
In short my question is: Is it possible for some one like me to significantlly improve my IQ at my age (26), and how would I go about doing so?

The Sanford-Binette (spelling ?) standard IQ test is about as useful as a Cosmo Quiz.
It is culturally biased and sexist in its design.
Modern Psychology teach us that there are many different types of intelligence.
Spatial Intelligence for example. The kind that Micheal Jordan or a dancer has to know where ones body is in space relative to a fixed point.
Musical Intelligence. The sort of thing that makes a Mozart,
There may be as many as 7 or more distinct intelligences, even linguistics and mathmatics may be singular forms of intelligence.
If you are interested in increasing test scores, I suggest you try puzzle books.
Crosswords, Sodoku, and puzzles that challenge you to determine the final shape of an object when presented with a flat image if it “unfolded”.
