Posted in Health and Nutrition on 04/05/2009 11:51 am by Steven Nerenbergdid i eat enough today?
im trying to maintain/gain weight so i was wondering if wat i ate today was good enough. btw it doesnt matter that most of it was junk and unhealthy, im more worried bout calories than nutrition
breakfast- milk chocolate carnation instant breakfast
lunch- cinnamon roll oatmeal & a piece of cheese
snack- jello- pudding cup
dinner- 2 eggos w/ chocolate ice cream
dessert- banana yogurt
You did not eat enough today.
If you want to maintain your weight, you must eat:
Your body weight x 15.
So if you are 150 pound, you have to eat 150 x 15 = 2250 calories.
To gain weight add 500 calories to it.
And you eat a lot of chocolate, watch out! I’m saying this because I assume you want to gain muscles (aka extra calories), and you will mostly gain fat when you consume chocolate.
Keep on tracking what you eat, good luck!
