Is a piece of whole wheat bread with JIF peanutbutter on it a healthy snack?
Last thing Im eating today.
I am seriously trying to diet.
Today I ate some Special K Cereal with a banana.
This afternoon I had a nutrition bar and a yogurt.
For dinner (just ate) I had a whole wheat piece of toast with peanut butter and a nut and fruit salad?
WAS THE PEANUTBUTTER TOAST OK??

Your diet for today was pretty bad, don’t be fooled when people advertise this is healthy. For breakfast, have some eggs with toast. For Lunch a wheat sandwich, heavy on the meats and light on the mayo. For Dinner, it is poorly made, you don’t eat something like that for dinner, try something like pasta or rice with chicken. Peanut butter toast is something you should eat for lunch and the lunch you listed is more like snacks. Fix your diet up a bit.
