college student who need advice on nutrition?

Im in school and I am very busy .. so I really have not been eating much. I'm 5'2 1 / weigh about 105ish 2''y .. how many calories is this? Breakfast: oatmeal (160 cals) Lunch: spinach salad (W / broccoli, a green pepper, sunflower seeds, olives bit) w / low fat raspberry vinaigrette Snack: hot choc fat (25 cals) Dinner: salad wrap .. is basically a salad that contains a bit of ground turkey, pickles, green peppers and lime vinaigrette and some .. dressing in a pita snacks quite large: 100 calorie pack kettle corn and a large apple, more or less, the amount of calories is this and is enough to maintain my weight?
