Did you know about Panera’s nutrition facts?
So, I work there and I had no idea the food was packed with so much calories. A pananni there has 900 calories! Thats more then any Burger King Sandwhich. It’s disgusting, add in the pop and chips and its worse. Even they’re regular cafe sandwhiches(ham, turkey) have 700 calories alone.
You can’t trust most of the food you eat outside of your home. Unless you’re piling veggies on your plate from a salad bar, you’re probably eating too many calories.
