What makes Kraft dinner unhealthy?

I look at the nutrition info on the back:
- it has little fat
- a little cholesterol
- a bunch of sodium – if you eat healthy otherwise though, even with the amount of sodium, you wont come to your limit(i know i dont)
- Its got a lot of carbs, but you need cards, and most are starch, with some sugars and a small bit of fiber
- it has some protein

There’s nothing wrong with having some, just don’t replace your entire diet with it. Every food can have its place in a healthy diet, just make sure you aren’t neglecting other nutritional needs.
