If the nutrition facts say “Not a significant source of__”, does it contain it?

My mom bought Kraft Jet-Puffed Marshmallow Creme (ew) and on the Nutrition Facts it says “Not a significant source of Calories from fat, Satruarted Fat, Trans Fat, Cholesterol, Dietray Fiver, Vitamin A, Vitamin C, Calcium and Iorn”.
I was wondering if that meant it actually does have trans fats but not a “significant source” of them. Does anyone know?

yeah, it means it has it, but its not a lot
it’s their way of making it look like their isn’t any
