Nutrition Lesson Plans Elementary
Posted in Health and Nutrition on 06/29/2010 11:46 pm by Steven NerenbergWhat should I do about this lesson plan I have to do?
I have to do a lesson plan for elementary children related food for my children's health and nutrition classes. This lesson has to involve a principle of food with either an A or I because those are my initials. When I first heard I had to do a lesson plan that automatically thought of a lesson that had arrived for a class a year I got past that and never came true. The lesson I chose was to do fractions, because at that time I was a shadow of a third class and that was what they were learning so I decided to choose this topic. I'll have a fridge where the child gets apple pies that are cut into fractions and place the cake on the correct fraction. The problem is someone in my class and did a lesson on fractions and had an apple pie as one of the fractions. I do not want it to look like I copy and do not want points removed because the teacher did not think it is original. Should I continue with the lesson you have or make a new one?
Make a new one. The use of ICE and make a lesson on water and its properties: It valleys of the rivers (erosion) is flooded homes in the storm while we do the dishes, the organs of the hands that feeds us (Better than Coca Cola and Pepsi) is home to fish Need I go on?
