Planning the perfect nutrition for energy lifestyle?

I am currently in high school. I am a very active student. Am involved in many extracurricular activities like basketball team, MUN, volunteer work, clubs, etc. The problem is that I'm burning at the end of the school. I start to doze, and I can not concentrate. They even have trouble concentrating in the morning because I do not feel fully awake. When I check my diet is horrible. I have a very small breakfast, small lunch, and a moderate dinner. My question is, what foods do you recommend I eat for breakfast to provide energy for myself length to last me a whole day. I've heard a lot of eating protein for breakfast is a great help. Oh, and I exercise and workout every day additional information so a good workout after lunch would be fine. thanks

Eating too much carbohydrate. That will give energy for the day. So eating things like oatmeal, fruits, green vegetables, etc. ..
