Oatmeal or fruit smoothie for breakfast?
Which has more fiber? (I need more on my meals every day) My milkshake ha-1 medium banana 1 / 2 red apple 1 kiwi 1 / 4 cup raisins 1/2-1 cup oat milk is my Quaker Oats (link to nutrition.) http://www.quakeroats.com/ products / oatmeal / quick-oats.aspx # NutritionalInfo i 'm going to eat about 1 / 2 cup of it with 1 / 2 cup whole milk. I'm going to eat or a mango or a banana with it. the breakfast looks better?
oatmeal has more fiber. but I ate it for breakfast because it is beaten with sugar
