Eating fast food every day and pop three years?
How severe is the fast food you really? I know someone (and I'm worried about his health) that works and has worked at Burger King (does free food) for three years and eaten every day with a Coke. Generally received 9 pieces of fried chicken and eats it. I'm not kidding. Like, literally, every day. It is on his way to college and she works there .. so basically every day. When she does not eat BK, eating at McDonalds or Wendys same …. Damn, he's been eating, literally, for 3 or 4 years every day. And she remains as thin (jealous), but what are the long-term effects of eating fast food like this? I want to show, but I am in nutrition and things. I tried to look at the nutrition information of BK and have not found a way to explain what it means. Any help here? Thank you very much in advance.
she stays so thin because their portion size counts. she will not be able to live takeout for the rest of your life and stay slim! too much sodium can cause rectal cancer in the long term effects-diabetes-heart failure liver failure with obesity, malnutrition, most of healthy skin what you are eating is high in fat or sugar. .. or both. I do not know how to eat the food …. has to be so unsatisfactory!
