Is my protein shake bad for me in the long run?
Ok, so in the morning I am in a hurry and so I have been making a protein shake. I measure out everything i put in it.
1/2 banana
1/2 cup of milk
1/2 tbsp of reduced fat peanut butter
1 scoop protein powder
ice (varies)
okay here is the nutrition:
calories: 268
fat: 4.9
saturated fat: 1.5
carbs: 26
sugars: 15.1
protein: 33.4
is this bad for me??
Sounds like a delicious fairly healthy snack to me.
