Are these healthy meals?
Are these healthy meals (nutrition wise)?
Breakfast~
~Plain oatmeal with cinnamon
~Apple
~Green tea with honey
Lunch~
~Miso soup
~Raw veggies with homemade hummus
~Glass of soy milk
Snack~
~Orange
~Green tea’
~Handful of cashews and almonds
Dinner~
~Salad, no dressing (spinach leaves, mushrooms, peas, red peppers, brocolli, hard boiled egg, cherry tomatoes, cucumbers, red onions, carrots)
~Plate of fruit (fresh honeydew, pears and cantaloupe)
~Smoked salmon
~One glass of soy milk
Before bed~
~Heated mug of heated soy milk with pure baking cocoa (homemade hot cocoa)
~I drink about two to three liters of water a day.
Total~ 53g protein, 39g fat, 60% DV cholesterol
